1. Cancellation and modification policy
All appointments other than emergency appointments may be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours from appointment time by communicating with us by email or phone.
In case where you have to cancel or modify your appointment within 24 hours from its scheduled time, the appointment will not be reimbursed.
Minor emergency appointments are final sales as these appointments take place within 48 hours of purchase. Modifications cannot be made, and cancellations will not be reimbursed.
2. Missed appointment
A patient who missed their appointment will forfeit their appointment fees as a no show fee to compensate for expenses incurred by the clinic to make the appointment available.
3. Late arrivals
We thrive on providing the best care accessibility to all our patients and offer appointments when needed and on time. In order to be mindful for other patients’ time, any patient who shows up more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be considered to have missed their appointment.
4. Service limitation
Some tests, such as physical exams for hip dysplasia and heart murmurs require highly specialized personnel to be adequately performed on babies of less than 4 months of age. While Bloom makes the best efforts to have these professionals available at the clinic at all times, situations outside of Bloom's control, such as personnel shortage, may prevent access to such specialists within the 0-4 months of lifetime window.
